To provide the best user experience for your clients using the platform, they can access a branded version of EDGE Venues with your logo (and the words ‘powered by EDGE’). This allows them to easily interact with the information and links you provide. For example, if you're sharing a shortlist, they can explore the full venue profile, which includes all relevant data, images, site visit details. From there, they can provide feedback or call you directly, enabling a seamless discussion while both of you share the same experience.
Additionally, clients can view an interactive Proposal, which you control. The proposal is hidden until you choose to toggle the view, allowing them to see the event space offered (complete with an image) and details of all inclusions in a much more user-friendly format than a PDF. They can also interact with the proposal by asking questions or requesting site visits, which will be sent to you as messages within the EDGE platform.
Clients can also keep track of their enquiries, view their status, and access relevant documents.
However, if you prefer, you can still send proposals in PDF or Excel formats, as the platform supports this option as well.
