What happens with my clients data and do I need to add it to enquiries?

You can load your client’s contact information on the EDGE platform. It can be attached to enquiries you submit through the platform either before you put on on an enquiry or at the point of creating a new RFP. You then have the option to share the client information with the venue or to withhold it and just share the industry sector. It is beneficial to add the client data as this will enhance the reporting tools and features

This data is accessible only to your agency and your authorised agency users, EDGE Admin users and the developers. It is shared with the venues at the point of enquiry only if you select to share and it is shared with the venue on confirmation
