What happens with my clients data and do I need to add it to enquiries? Do my clients have to use the platform? How can I be sure my data is kept confidential? What if I need to submit a proposal to a Venue which is not listed on the EDGE Platform? We have bespoke / unusual or preferred Venues that we use. Can you create profiles for all of these Venues?

EDGE Admin team members are bound by confidentiality as part of their contracts, in addition anyone taking an Agency tool licence would have a contract and NDA covering confidentiality and protection of data. The sharing of you client data is something you control and if you chose not to share, it is only visible at the point of confirmation.
